Kinder High School is committed to the progressive development of every student through the following strategies:

1. Equipping students with the skills and knowledge that build leadership qualities to foster citizenship, relationships, cultural responsiveness, and physical and mental well being.
2. Developing students’ ability to think independently, making them stronger decision makers in everyday life.
3. Enhancing communication skills allowing students to express themselves efficiently and effectively.
